How does CureTape® Beauty face tape work?
After application this elastic tape provides a lifting effect of the skin. The lifting effect has a great effect on blood and lymph flow, ensuring the removal of waste. Using the tape, you can constrict the muscles in your face, similarly to how injections work more invasively. By strategically placing tape in specific areas of the face, face tape temporarily reduces the appearance of wrinkles. By taping the face’s wrinkle-prone regions and limiting motion, wrinkles can be prevented.
How to apply face tape
- Prep and clean the skin before applying the tape with an oil free make-up remover, toner or light serum. Be sure not the use anything with oil or a moisturizer, since this will make not make the face tape stick well.
- Apply the tapewithout stretchto a pre-extended area of the skin
- Rub the tape on well to improve and activate the adhesive layer of the face tape.
If you want to remove the tape: Remove it in the opposite direction of how you applied it. You should be able to roll off the tape easily. If it does not come off, try using oil. This makes the face tape come off easier.

Face taping is the new natural trend in the beauty industry, used to improve the overall appearance of skin in a natural way. This method derived from the beauty industry in Eastern Europe. However, a similar brand of face tape has been around since the 1880’s and is still on sale today.
Stimulated by the media, a new beauty ideal has emerged over the years, making the use of all sorts of cosmetics (i.e. peels, fillers, injections and laser treatments) normal. Even though immediate results can be seen through treatment procedures like injections, due to the immediate swelling that tightens the skin, there are many common side effects that you risk like inflammation, allergic reactions, headaches and even paralysis or asymmetry of the face. With Japanese face tape you can achieve skin improvement in a natural and risk-free way. How often to use CureTape Beauty with a facial treatment?
It is recommended to use the tape between 6 and 10 hours a day for the first 3 to 4 weeks. Best worn at night. After this period, the maintenance process follows and it is then recommended to wear the tape 1 to 2 times a week. This method can be perfectly combined with connective tissue massage, facial gymnastics or facial massage.
What material is CureTape Beauty made of?
CureTape Beauty is high quality kinesiology tape, made of cotton with an extra sensitive adhesive layer. This prevents skin irritation.
How long will a roll last me?
This depends on the frequency and purpose. If you use it for your face, then only cut short pieces of the tape. If you use the tape for your breasts, then you will need more. A roll of tape is 5 metres long, so it will last you a while!
What if i get an allergic reaction from the tape?
This is very rare. We have been selling CureTape for 20 years and with proper application, the tape will not cause irritations. Please read the instructions carefully to avoid incorrect application.
How sticky is this tape?
We have adapted our classic kinesiology tape to be gentle on the face. However, the tape will stick well provided you clean your face before use. Oils and creams prevent good adhesion. Also make sure to rub the tape after application so that the adhesive layer is activated.
